Hosting

Inboxes don't receive your logo with each email. They look it up: your BIMI record points to a logo file and a certificate file on the internet, and the inbox downloads them. Those files must always be online, fast and correct.

We take care of that (logo and certificate hosting).

Where your files live#

Your BIMI record points to these addresses. You don't have to upload anything or change anything when we renew: the addresses stay the same, and we swap in the new certificate.

What we take care of#

• Correct formats — the inbox-ready logo (SVG Tiny P/S) and the full certificate chain (PEM), with the right content types.
• Matching files — the hosted logo always matches the one inside your certificate.
• Availability — files are served over HTTPS and cached for speed.
• Monitoring — we regularly check that your record, logo and certificate are reachable and consistent, and alert you if not.

Can I host the files myself?#

You can, but you'd have to update them at every renewal and keep them in sync with your certificate. Hosting is included in your plan, so most customers let us do it.

Before you go live#

The addresses return "not found" until your certificate is issued. That's expected.
