## The certificate issuer's fee is separate

Your certificate is issued by an independent certificate issuer, **DigiCert**, which verifies your business and logo. DigiCert charges its own yearly fee.

- We collect it **at the same checkout**, shown as a **separate line**, with **no markup**.
- It is about **$750–$1,750 per year**, depending on the certificate type.
- You always see the **estimated total before you pay**.

## Our promises

- **Refund if rejected.** If the certificate issuer rejects your application, you get a full refund.
- **Estimate first.** The total is shown before you pay, on the website, in the API and through your AI assistant.
- **Try it in test mode.** Signed-in users can run every step without charges or real certificates.
- **Cancel anytime.** Your plan simply doesn't renew; everything stays live until the end of the year you paid for.

## Pricing questions

**Why is the issuer's fee separate?** The certificate comes from an independent company that does its own checks. Their fee is theirs; we pass it through at cost so you pay once, in one place.

**What if my application is rejected?** You get a full refund of the plan and the issuer fee.

**Is the price per domain?** Yes. Each domain that should show your logo has its own plan. Most companies need one.

**Does the price include a trademark?** No. Trademark filing is a separate service: email [trademark@getverifiedinbox.com](mailto:trademark@getverifiedinbox.com). Meanwhile, you may qualify for the logo-only plan.

**Can I move from logo-only to the checkmark later?** Yes. Once your trademark is registered, contact us and we'll move you to the checkmark plan.

**How do I pay?** By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. Your AI assistant can prepare the checkout link, but only you can pay. Prices are in US dollars.

**Can I try it without paying?** Yes. All checks are free and need no account; test mode lets signed-in users walk through every step without charges.
