**Do I need to be technical?** No. We explain every step in plain English and give you exact settings to copy and paste. You can share the setup page with whoever manages your domain, or talk to a human.

**What do I need for the blue checkmark?** Your own company domain, a registered trademark for your logo, and a few email security settings we walk you through. The free check tells you which you already have.

**My logo isn't trademarked. Can I still show it?** Usually yes: with a CMC, if your logo has been public for at least 12 months. Gmail shows the logo without the checkmark. We can also help you file a trademark.

**How long does it take?** The free checks take about a minute. After payment, the certificate issuer verifies your business and logo, which usually takes from a few days to a few weeks.

**Is the checkmark guaranteed?** No one can guarantee it; Gmail decides what to show. We make sure everything on your side is set up correctly and stays that way. If the issuer rejects your application, you get a full refund.
